22 millimeter (7/8 inches) diameter limited edition medal comprised of solid 14 karat gold guaranteed to weigh a minimum of 50 grains (~3.3 grams), issued in 1975 by The Danbury Mint to commemorate the joint space flight by the United States and Russia. The medal is housed in a special deluxe display wallet and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity dated September 30, 1975.
